Mabli the Welsh woman jig doll based on a traditional jig doll design with articulated legs and moving arms . She has ebony shoes. Her body  is  made from beech and walnut and turned on a wood lathe. Hand painted  with traditional Welsh costume and hat . She is wearing a  traditional Welsh flannel shawl and skirt with cloth supplied by Carpenter and Cloth. She comes with her own display block and stick along with a scorched maple dancing paddle.
